Our client is looking for an eager Office Administrator to hit the ground running

Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements as well as any necessary promotional equipment for sales and marketing teams to attend events while working with the sales and marketing staff to look for cost savings

· Track inventory levels on the company merchandise store and assist on customer support of the merchandise store platform

·Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams

·Editing and proof reading a range of marketing material

·Update and synchronize customer contact lists between databases

·General office duties as required

Qualifications:

·2-year Office Administration from a recognized college or university is preferred or relevant work experience

·Previous experience in an office setting would be considered an asset

·Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

·Proven organizational and communication skills
