National Sales Coordinator

A growing global cannabis company downtown Toronto is looking for a National Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

The National Sales Coordinator will be working within the sales department providing administrative support ensuring the efficient daily operations of the office and overall general business requirements.

Must be highly motivated, energetic and able to work as part of a larger team.

Responsibilities:

Managing Purchase Orders

– Communicating with key stakeholders

– Coordinating sales and updating weekly trackers

– Preparing and submitting new product applications

– Managing internal sales drive to ensure all reports, documents are up to date and accessible to the team

– Managing monthly consolidation process of all sales personnel accomplished objectives

– Support sales management with regards to data consolidation, and preparation for regional and national sales meetings

– Update CRM with applicable customer information

– Work in field with sales team when possible to generate greater understanding of sales process and associated KPI’s

Qualifications:

– Valid Ontario Drivers License required

– Bachelors degree

– 3-5 years working in a similar role

– Experience working in CPG , Alcohol, Pharma or Cannabis

– Proficient with Microsoft

– Ability to travel throughout the GTA (minimal)

– Strong interpersonal skills

– Excellent analytical skills

– Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations preferred
