Mixer Operator

Our client, a leader in the baked goods manufacturing space is looking to add Mixer Operators to their growing production teams. If working in a clean, fun, and safe environment is what you are looking for, then this opportunity to join their team as a Mixer Operator is for you.

Mixer Operator available shifts:

• Day – 6:45am – 3:00pm
• Afternoon – 2:45pm – 11:00pm
• Night – 10:45pm to 7:00am

Responsibilities:

• Accurately mix raw materials
• Operate equipment according to the process specifications
• Ensuring batch recipes are adhered to at all times
• Consistently produce high quality product
• Read and completely understand batch recipes
• Accurately document mix records into the system
• Safely operate and maintain equipment, including cleaning and inspection

Qualifications and Skills:

• Completion of high school education
• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing an asset)
• Comfortable working with recipes
• Experience with data entry and record keeping
• Demonstrate a mechanical aptitude
• Ability to complete simple math calculations
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
