Position Summary: As the Marketing Manager for Canada & USA within the food industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products in these key markets. You will play a crucial role in shaping our market presence, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the food industry in Canada and the USA.
    • Analyze data and market insights to identify growth areas, market gaps, and customer preferences.
  2. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop annual marketing plans and strategies tailored to the specific needs and nuances of each market.
    • Define clear objectives, budgets, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  3. Product Promotion:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch strategies, including packaging, pricing, and positioning.
    • Create compelling marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
  4. Brand Management:
    • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image in both Canada and the USA.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  5. Digital Marketing:

    • Monitor and analyze online performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  6. Advertising and PR:

  7. Budget Management:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a minimum of 5 years in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian and American food markets.
