Position Summary: As the Marketing Manager for Canada & USA within the food industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products in these key markets. You will play a crucial role in shaping our market presence, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the food industry in Canada and the USA.
- Analyze data and market insights to identify growth areas, market gaps, and customer preferences.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop annual marketing plans and strategies tailored to the specific needs and nuances of each market.
- Define clear objectives, budgets, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Product Promotion:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch strategies, including packaging, pricing, and positioning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a minimum of 5 years in the food industry.
