The Marketing Administrator will be responsible assisting with the growth of the marketing team by fielding marketing related inquiries, coordinating and supporting company trade shows and providing various administrative support to the marketing team. As an Office Administrator Marketing, you will:

  • Route and respond to marketing inquiries via phone, email, and through our company website
  • Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements as well as any necessary promotional equipment for sales and marketing teams to attend events while working with the sales and marketing staff to look for cost savings
  • Track inventory levels on the company merchandise store and assist on customer support of the merchandise store platform
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams
  • and synchronize customer contact lists between databases
  • General office duties as required:2-year
  • Office Administration from a recognized college or university is preferred or relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in an office setting would be considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
