Maintenance Technician

Markham location company in the injection molding industry is looking for a Maintenance Technicians for permanent opportunities for both the nights and afternoon shifts. If you have 3-5 years of maintenance experience, this role could be for you. Interested, read on….

What are some of the responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and setup of machinery

• Support maintenance manager with development of automated fixtures and small machines for maintenance

• Troubleshoot and set up for electrical/electronic circuits

• Work on PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Automated and low voltage electrical machines/circuits

• Project bases assignments as needed by maintenance manager

The required qualifications of the Maintenance Technician:

• 3-5 years of experience working in a maintenance role

• Ability to work independently and self directed

• Forklift (Counterbalance) and overhead crane experience is an asset

• Proficient in Automated, PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and low voltage electrical/electronics

Must have experience with Injection Molding machines
