Maintenance Technician

Our client, a manufacturer in Brampton is looking for a maintenance technician for the afternoon shift. This role would be great for anyone that is mechanically inclined that enjoys problem solving mechanical issues and has 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance role. Interested? Read on….

Your tasks as the Maintenance Technician:

• Work closely with the maintenance supervisor to ensure machines and equipment is working (CNC based and Grinders)

• Performance preventative maintenance to ensure there are no issues with equipment and machinery

• Problem solve any issues that do arise with any of the equipment

• Maintenance tasks around the facility

• Any projects or tasks required by the supervisor or management

The required qualifications of the Maintenance Technician:

• Millwright and/or Maintenance college certificate

• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)

• Ability to work independently

• Mechanically inclined and enjoy problem solving

• 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance role

• Flexible to work various shifts if required
