Maintenance Planner

Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring for an immediate Maintenance Planner opportunity in Woodbridge, ON. We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented individual to join a rapidly growing company. As the Maintenance Planner you will be an integral part of the day to day maintenance department operations and will be responsible for the following duties…

• Process and manage various requisitions for the department
• Manage files, records, and data related to different functions in the department (spare parts inventory, specification records, etc)
• Monitor data in CMMS system to make sure work orders are created for required items
• Enter data into the CMMS system
• Order parts as required for the department
• Manage and schedule the preventative maintenance activities and coordinate with appropriate internal contacts
• Evaluate equipment data, predictive maintenance data, and history to help determine plant needs
• Other duties as required

What is being offered for this exciting role?

• Full time, Day shift position (Monday to Friday – 7am to 4:30pm)
• $80,000 – $85,000 annual salary

What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?

• 5 or more years experience as Maintenance Planner within the manufacturing industry
• Experienced with CMMS systems
• Knowledge and experience with preventative maintenance scheduling, inventory management, and labor/material planning
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent planning and execution abilities
• Team player and personable
