- Handling any maintenance related problems
- Managing and reviewing external supplier costs and appointments
- Ensuring timely and efficient execution of work orders
- Following up with Landlords on a variety of maintenance related issues
- Liaising with stores and external suppliers
- Participating in the RFP process
- Verifying that the information on supplier invoices and purchase orders is accurate and complete for payment
- Developing & implementing new processes and procedures according to Company standards and aligned with operational needs
- 2-3 years experience in an office position
- Experience in coordinating construction/manufacturing businesses (an asset)
- Ability to multitask
