How does working for a top performing retailer company sound to you? We would like to meet you! Fuze HR is currently looking for a Maintenance Operation Coordinator for one of our Canadian clients.

Tasks:

  • Handling any maintenance related problems
  • Managing and reviewing external supplier costs and appointments
  • Ensuring timely and efficient execution of work orders
  • Following up with Landlords on a variety of maintenance related issues
  • Liaising with stores and external suppliers
  • Participating in the RFP process
  • Verifying that the information on supplier invoices and purchase orders is accurate and complete for payment
  • Developing & implementing new processes and procedures according to Company standards and aligned with operational needs

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in an office position
  • Experience in coordinating construction/manufacturing businesses (an asset)
  • Bilingual
  • Ability to multitask
