We are currently looking for a Maintenance Support Coordinator to join our team! Are you passionate about the retail sector? Do you have experience in the field? If so, we have the ideal opportunity for you!

Your tasks as a Maintenance Operations Coordinator:

  • Responsible for handling any maintenance related problems
  • Manage and review external supplier costs and appointments ensuring timely and efficient execution of work orders
  • Follow up with Landlords on a variety of maintenance related issues
  • Liaise with stores and external suppliers; (utilities)
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as required

Requirements for the Maintenance Operations Coordinator position:

  • At least 1-year experience in an office position
  • Experience in coordinating construction/manufacturing businesses (asset)
  • Bilingual English & French (Spoken & Written)
  • Ability to multitask
