Job Description

Fuze HR is currently looking for a Junior Sales Admin/Receptionist!

Sales Admin Duties

  • Complete set up forms for Amazon, Best Buy, HBC and Wayfair account, including sending/uploading images and product content.
  • Maintain Vendor Listing spreadsheets – itemized listing of items by brand carried at which major retailers.
  • Weekly Retail checks as needed
  • Prepare weekly Sales Meeting minutes
  • Sample requests. Sends e-mail to Order Entry for samples shipping to bloggers, contest prizing, etc.
  • Assist with sales reporting as required
  • Maintain Customer POS reports on network
  • Various other administrative duties as needed

Reception Duties

  • Receive/Assist office visitor’s
  • Maintain Daily Attendance reporting
  • Process and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare/Send/Log outgoing mail
  • Log received cheques
  • Prepare/Send courier requests (ex; FedEx, Canbec)
  • Allocate/File inbound faxes & emails
  • Answer/Transfer inbound calls
  • File Purchase Order copies
  • Scan and file Registration Cards

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • French conversational
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Punctual
  • 6 months experience in a similar role
