Established in the mid 90s, our client is a rapidly growing property management firm with assets in Quebec and Ontario. As an established firm, the client is committed to providing a high level of service to their tenants, while offering solid returns for their investors. They manage a wide range of assets (office, retail, industrial, warehouse).

They are currently searching for a Junior Property Manager to join their team, so as to learn from the staff and help the company grow. This opportunity will allow the ideal candidate to touch many facets of Real Estate and exposure to 5-7 properties. Reporting to Property Manager, the Junior Property Manager understands that s/he is the fundamental support system for the Property Management Team, and that s/he maintains a very organized filing system, management of projects while up keeping excellent relations with tenants and vendors.


  • Aid in developing and maintaining an organized filing system for each of their properties
  • Lower and mid level project management
  • Prepare incoming and outgoing correspondence with tenants, vendors, business partners and other stakeholders
  • Correspond with tenants in a clear and professional manner
  • Maintain and foster good relationship with tenants
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, and exemplary proficiency in English and French

  • Building systems and construction knowledge a plus

Education/ Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administration experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Landlord and Tenant Board processes a plus
  • Completion of post-secondary education
