Responsible for the development and maintenance of production plans and schedules to ensure we drive on time delivery to our customers as well as meet business plan. Having the skills to plan and organize work schedules in a dynamic growing business will be key.


-Creating PO review for sign off (as well as signing off), confirming price, lead-time and part revision

-Order entry for Customer PO’s (Sales Orders)

-Review materials required for Customer orders, Order raw materials/hardware via P-req.

-Validate and reconcile Customer Open Order Reports

-Attend Production Morning Meeting

-Enter orders for production (Stock Orders), print, attach drawings and distribute accordingly

-Work to maintain an appropriate level of inventory & WIP

-Participate in Year End Inventory

-Conduct WIP Counts

-Update Dashboards (by program) daily

-Create/Update Routings & BOM’s as per ECN and Transmittal

-Create Part #’s for mfg parts upon request

-Maintain Part Table in E2

-Identify opportunities for improvement

-Coordinate with departments as needed to identify and resolve issues regarding delivery

-Additional duties as assigned



-Education in Operations Management or experience in a planning / scheduling role an asset

-ERP/MRP experience an asset

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
