Junior Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a manufacture in Mississauga is looking for a Junior Maintenance Mechanic for a fantastic permanent opportunity. Your tasks as the Maintenance Mechanic:

• Preventative maintenance to all machinery

• Creating maintenance schedules

• Problem solve and fix any defective machinery

• Repair any mechanical issues with the machinery

• Help with installation of any new equipment

• Make sure all machines are operating safely

• Fabrication of any projects required by engineering and management

• Maintenance tasks around the facility and office

• Any other duties assigned by management

The required qualifications of the Maintenance Mechanic:

• 2-3 year of experience working in a maintenance mechanic role

• Must be mechanically inclined

• Fabrication/Welding experience is a must

• Must enjoy variety work and the ability to be creative

• Driven and looking for longevity in your career

• Forklift certification would be an asset
