The IT Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing small to large-scale IT projects.
• Ensures project objectives are clearly scoped, documented, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinates all project deliverables with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, consultants, and end-users regarding project requirements.
• Help identify key personnel, external resources, and vendors to support project objectives.
• Outline, define, and initiate the project with team members.
• Monitor and track project expenditures in accordance with the set project budget.
• Work alongside IT Leadership to establish the roadmap to support business growth.
• Work with the IT Management team to support projects across all IT departments and locations.

The required qualifications for the IT Project Manager are:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager
• Experience leading large scale IT projects in complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading a full lifecycle ERP implementation
• Deep understanding of project management fundamentals
• Ability to perform well in fast paced situations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with repetitive manufacturing
• Access to reliable transportation and able to travel (20%) within designated regions
• Capable of supporting after hours calls/support.
• PMP or equivalent would be considered an asset
