Join Our Team: Human Resources/Payroll Administrator

Are you passionate about shaping the workplace culture and ensuring a smooth payroll process? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to join our Industrial Solutions team and make a significant impact. This on-site role, directly reporting to the HR Director, offers a unique blend of HR functions and payroll management, along with the opportunity to contribute to our Health and Safety Committee.

What You’ll Do:

·Empower Our Team: Work closely with HR and local managers to coordinate recruitment efforts, from interview scheduling to candidate management.

·Ensure Compliance and Accuracy: Conduct background checks, employee verifications, and maintain the precision of our payroll system.

·Foster Employee Growth: Assist in onboarding, employee recognition, and support various HR programs aimed at training, development, and benefits support.

·Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as a liaison between HR and operations, manage payroll inquiries, and ensure our practices are up to par.

·Champion Our Values: Support initiatives in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Employee Engagement, and contribute to a safe and welcoming work environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

·A Quick Learner: You’re proficient with Microsoft Office and can swiftly adapt to new HRIS and talent management systems.


·A college diploma or university degree in Human Resources.

·1-2 years of experience in an HR role, with payroll experience being a plus.

·CHRP or payroll certification is advantageous.

·Familiarity with ADP and knowledge of US laws and regulations are beneficial.
