Your tasks as a HR Generalist:

·Process bi-weekly payroll – Salaried and Hourly

·Employee engagement and being the point of contact for all employee inquires and support

·Working with US counterpart to implement policy, procedures, and strategy

·WSIB and work investigations

·Work with management with their department with coaching, development, and performance management

·Recruitment – end to end and communicate with outside partners to fulfill requirements

·Be involved with management to understand what is happening in the business

·Work with accounting for yearly reconciliations for payroll

·Project based assignments

The required qualifications of the HR Generalist:

·Post secondary education in Human Resources

·Working towards CHRP

·3-5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role

·Exceptional communication skills

·Experience in employment principals, practices, and legislation

·Strong MS Office Skills

·Strong collaboration skills
