HR Generalist

Fuze HR Solutions is currently interviewing for an HR Generalist opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in the Concord, ON area. As the HR Generalist with this successful manufacturing company you will be responsible for the following main duties…

• Employee relations items (career path/progression, conflict resolution, counselling, exit interviews, etc)
• Recruitment process management for salaried and hourly roles
• Act as resource to leadership team to assist/advise in areas related to recruitment, compensation, career pathing, etc
• Update the HR systems for employee records and statistical reporting
• Responsible for new hire orientation
• Payroll processing and other payroll related duties

What are we looking for in an ideal HR Generalist candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CHRP designation preferred
• 5 or more years experience within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of employment regulations and laws
• Prior experience with recruitment and pay roll duties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite)
