HR Coordinator

Permanent Position

40-45K base salary

Excellent benefits, RRSP contribution, bonuses ++

WFH, for now, located in Mount-Royal

Excellent opportunity for a junior HR professional seeking for growth opportunities

As the HR Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make an incredible impact. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment and selection as part of an amazing and growing advertising agency with top brand clients across North America. This person will be focused on talent acquisition, growing our client’s teams’ passionate professionals, driven to make a difference. You will also be an integral part of maintaining all employee’s documentation and integrating new employees. Our client is big on candidate experience and building relationships that will last and strive within their company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

● Plan, coordinate and implement recruitment mandates: publication of offers, preselection of candidates, coordination of the selection process

● Proactively source and reach out to passive candidates through calling, email, networking, internet searches, and social media

● Responsible for building a database of potential candidates by participating in events, actively participating in social networks and other channels

● Strive to provide the right candidate who are a great fit for our internal clients

● In charge of the integration and onboarding of new employees

● Deliver exceptional service; remaining engaged with all candidates and clients to build a professional network that results in further business opportunities

● Maintenance of all employees files, due to new hires

● Participate in ad-hoc projects linked to other needs of the Human Resources.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

● Fluency in English and French

● Prior experience in similar positions, an experience recruiting digital marketing roles considered an asset

● Performance oriented individual who is driven to achieve goals

● High energy and always looking to improve

● Self-starter who takes action without being instructed

● Strong interpersonal skills in influencing decision makers

● Persistence and superb follow up

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
