HR & Payroll Coordinator

Permanent position, Ville Saint-Laurent

Our client is an important producer and distributor of healthy food brands across Canada, Canadian

owned and operated company and is currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join their HR Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for corporate roles, production, and distribution roles
  • Manage employee on-boarding and integration as well as employee information within their HRIS system
  • Manage time and attendance, vacation requests, ROE’s disciplinary measures
  • Participate in reporting for performance reviews, coaching managers and attending performance review meetings with employees
  • Manage employee relations
  • Manage CNESST cases, benefits administration and assist in the production of payroll as well
  • General HR administration, manage 3rd party recruitment services and any other HR tasks

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Coordinator or specialist role
  • Completed bachelor’s in HR and or CHRP designation (preferred but not a requirement)
  • Perfectly bilingual and comfortable dealing with employees and management at all levels
  • Strong business and customer service acumen, meticulous and accurate in your work
  • Resourceful and ability to come up with solutions when required
