Job Description

Our client is a reputable, stable organization in the GTA who is currently looking to hire an HR Business Partner . The successful candidate will report to the Director, HR & Labour Relations. Solid experience in HR is required. The successful candidate will be a hard worker with the drive to advance into a Director, HR & Labour Relations position.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* 8 – 10 years of HR experience required

* 1- 2 years of HR Manager experience

* Must be experienced with investigations

* Experience with Human Rights

* Experience with Labour Relations

* Experience with Employee Relations

* HR Generalist with Attendance Management experience

* Benefits Admin and recruitment experience not required
