Job Title: HR – Business Partner

Reports To: Director, Human Resources & Labour Relations

Our client is a reputable, stable organization in the GTA who is currently looking to hire an HR Business Partner .

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00pm

* Full Benefits Offered – After 3 months

* RRSP/DPSP(Matching Program)

* 2 weeks’ vacation

* Performance Bonus up to 4% of Salary (to be determined in January of each year)

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will report to the Director, HR & Labour Relations. Solid experience in HR is required. The successful candidate will be a hard worker with the drive to advance into a Director, HR & Labour Relations position.

Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* 8 – 10 years of HR experience required

* 1- 2 years of HR Manager experience

* Must be experienced with investigations

* Experience with Human Rights

* Experience with Labour Relations

* Experience with Employee Relations

* HR Generalist with Attendance Management experience

* Benefits Admin and recruitment experience not required
