Our growing client, an MSP located in Blainville Quebec is currently seeking 3 helpdesk support level 3 individuals.

Your tasks as an IT Support Specialist:

  • Answering service calls (Technical Level 3)
  • Participate in hardware and software installations at customer sites
  • Carry out preventive maintenance at customers’ premise
  • Make verbal and written recommendations to increase the functionality, security and stability of client systems
  • Keep abreast of new trends and technologies

The required qualifications for the IT Support Specialist position:

  • Advanced command of Windows 7/8/10/Server 2003, 2008, 2011, 2012, 2016
  • Experience working with Office 365 (in-depth knowledge)
  • Experience working with Exchange (On prem and Online)
  • Experience working with Active Directory (Azure, Hybrid, On prem)
  • Knowledge of Watchguard, Azure, Datto technologies an asset
  • Fortinet (an asset) Training MD – 100, MS – 100 (an asset)
  • Experience in information service outsourcing (very strong asset)
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience
