Job Posting: Production Associate – Hand Solder Standard

Location: Markham

Shifts Available:

Monday to Friday afternoon shift: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

Weekend shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

As a Hand Solder Standard Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Soldering of Axial and Radial leaded components
• Soldering of Through-hole connectors, Single In-line and Dual In-line Packages
• Soldering of 0603 or larger chip components and Metal Electrode Leadless Faces
• Soldering of 25 mils (0.025 in.) and above, SOICs and PLCCs
• Rework and repair using Hot Air Reflow and other de-soldering tools

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Electronics manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in the use of a microscope for precision work
• Ability to read and understand assembly documentation
• Good knowledge of SMT/TH or Mix Tech assemblies as per IPC A-610 standards
