7) Supervision of Outsourced Payroll

8) Managing and supervising of professional area, responsible for payroll preparation

9) C&B management: Reviewing and restructuring of C&B policy.

10) Organization Design Management: manages position evaluation and organization design changes

11) Building up HR Information System

12) HR Business Partner of the managerial level

13) Support organization from HR strategy side

14) Set up for Salary structure, HR policy, Regulation of Employment

Education: College or university degree

HR knowledge

Payroll and incentive implementation

Understand manufacturing

French/English Bilingual (English – Negotiation level)

Certificate related to HR field (Preference) environment

Understanding labor union handling

Over 10 years’ experience in HR field

1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environments – in automotive industry is an advantage

3-5 years leadership experience
