Fulfillment & Logistics Associate

Our Client in south-central Mississauga, is in search of a self-motivated, responsible individual to run their own ‘e-commerce’ fulfillment production.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a similar 3PL or fulfillment/distribution center with a high sense of urgency and initiative, meeting daily order activity.

What our Client offers:

The Fulfillment & Logistics Associate position consists of: 80% warehouse work & 20% office work:

Prepare & ship daily orders

  • Pick & pack orders based on packaging and shipping guidelines
  • Orders must be shipped out according to shipping deadlines


  • Inspect returned items, issue refunds, and return product to inventory

Receiving shipments

  • Preparing skids according to shipping requirements
  • Receiving skids from 3rd party companies & suppliers
  • Verifying shipping counts are accurate & restocking items

Warehouse Coordination

  • Organize and optimize the use of warehouse space
  • Assist with scalable processes across the fulfillment process
  • Document all inventory movement – completing forms, reports, logs and databases
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse space

Order processing

  • Review & assign daily orders across all platforms to respective fulfillment locations
  • Communicating with fulfillment centers on stock availability, expedited orders, and cancellations.
  • Any other duties or project-based assignment

Qualifications of Fulfillment Coordinator

·Intermediate level MS Excel skills – data input & navigation. Various technology platforms: courier/transport, Company proprietary platform, order entry, purchase order/receiving &multi-warehouse location inventory transfers

·Able to work independently – with minimum supervision and meet daily deadlines and unafraid to ask questions – when in doubt

·High attention to detail, accuracy in a fast-paced environment

·Enjoys having variety of tasks and versatility to prioritize Client orders i.e. Amazon orders

·Physically fit – lifting up to 50lbs (not frequent) 20% of tasks (admin & computer entry) are sitting and 80% are in constant motion – reaching, bending, lifting, packing, etc.,
