Our client is looking for a Fleet Coordinator with extensive experience in the automotive space

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Ordering
  • Work with various departments at PCL to determine vehicle needs
  • Find efficiencies by utilizing each vehicle for multiple use-requests
  • Place vehicle orders in Porsche Sales & Vehicle Management System
  • onboarding
  • Track vehicles from time of ordering through production and shipment
  • Ensure any potential delays are communicated to concerning parties
  • Notify fleet vendor of inbound vehicles
  • Ensure fleet is prepared (PDI, Winter Wheels, Mats, etc.) to be available as scheduled by individual departments
  • Vehicle Usage, driving is a hard requirement for this role.
  • Maintain open communication with vendor throughout vehicle usage cycle to ensure full utilization
  • Manage fleet vendor and ensure departmental tasks are executed as required
  • Support fleet vendor in repair coordination with centres
  • De-Fleeting
  • Receive vehicles from fleet vendor once prescribed usage interval has completed
  • Ensure vehicles have 111 pt checklist completed
  • Ensure vehicle repairs are completed and vehicle status matches the remarketing standards for PCL company vehicles
  • Coordinate AutoVIN inspection scheduling and ensure actual status is reflected
  • Determine pricing for remarketing purposes incl. internal sign off
  • Prepare vehicles for resale via online auction to closed dealer network
  • Execute auction and inform respective dealers
  • Manage shipment of auctioned vehicles


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent background in a related field of study.

Experience (Job and Industry):

  • Previous work experience in a corporate environment required with automotive preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ in a similar position (fleet coordination) preferred
  • Basic technical knowledge is very beneficial
  • Knowledge of, and passion for the automotive industry is an asset
  • Languages (French) is an asset but not a requirement


  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Superior computer skills in Microsoft office applications – emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mapping experience an asset
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and trouble-shoot complex analytical issues
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, managing and overseeing multiple activities simultaneously
  • Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
