Financial Analyst

Job Description:

As a Financial Analyst in the Real Estate Development industry you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insights and strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with the finance and development teams to analyze project feasibility, assess financial risks, and optimize investment returns. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate project feasibility, cash flows, and investment returns for various real estate development initiatives.
  2. Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment, to support strategic decision-making and mitigate financial risks.
  3. Investment Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of potential real estate investments by analyzing investment memorandums, conducting due diligence, and preparing investment recommendations for senior management.
  4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development and monitoring of project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  5. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare insightful financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, acquisitions, asset management, and finance, to gather relevant data, share insights, and drive strategic initiatives forward.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline financial analysis processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and decision-making.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • Pursuing or completed CPA or CFA Designation
  • Minimum of 2+years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate development or investment industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and other relevant analytical tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
