What are some of the responsibilities of the Field Service Technician:

• Travel to client sites for all technical support calls

• Ensure H&S guidelines are being met

• Work with customers to ensure all needs are met, upsell other products when see fit

• Ensure all work orders and paperwork are completed in a timely manner

• Work within the facility to help with assembly and repairing of valves

• Provide follow up communication with customers when required

• All other duties assigned by leadership

The required qualifications of the Field Service Technician:

• Mechanical and electrical working experience is a must

• 2+ years of field service technician experience is required

• Must be able to travel within Canada and the United States as well, be on call for after hours emergencies

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

• Strong and effective communication skills

• Must have a clean driving record

• Familiar with Instrumentation
