We are seeking a skilled and driven Millwright with a strong customer-facing personality to join our client’s dynamic field service team. Monday to Friday straight day shift: 8am to 4:30pm with possibility of an on-call rotation as well

What You’ll Do:
• Diagnose and repair industrial air compressors and air dryers on customer sites
• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service calls
• Tear down, overhaul, and rebuild industrial fluid pumps both in the field and shop
• Install new equipment and ensure optimal performance
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation
• Uphold and promote a strong safety culture
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service

• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker who excels independently
• Willingness to travel for field assignments
