Position: Executive Assistant


Our client is currently seeking a proactive and efficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple tasks with resilience. This role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring streamlined workflows.


– Manage the CEO’s busy calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings both onsite and offsite.

– Arrange work-related and personal travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

– Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

– Handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.

– Facilitate smooth communication and workflow across different departments.

– Prioritize and handle incoming emails and phone calls.

– Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the CEO.

– Screen and redirect phone calls, emails, and visitors as needed.

– Organize logistics for meetings and events, from coordination to follow-up.

– Provide calendar management and meeting support for other executives when required.

Working Hours:

5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with some after-hours availability required.


Required Skills & Qualifications (Essentials):

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– At least 3 years of experience in executive or personal assistant roles, preferably in a startup environment.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

– Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization in all tasks.
