Our client a self motivate Office Manager and Executive Assistant to manage our Burlington and Toronto office with focus on efficiency and time management.

You will be responsible for developing communication protocols between office, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation. We’re looking for an energetic professional who is willing to manage the CEO/COO’s schedules and availability and any other tasks required by the executive team.

The roles responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating executives Calendars as well as schedules, travel and expenses

• Create and prepare documents for the tea,

• Schedule meetings and and work to multitask and schedule all conflicts that may arise

• Arrange corporate and social events for the executive staff as well as board meetings

• Maintain and organize filing systems of paper and electronic documents

• Develop and maintain a great atmosphere and strong organization

• Order and manage supplies and equipment as needed

• Establish team atmosphere through leadership

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; networking and other necessary requirements

•Helping to create office budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions


• Must have at least 5 or more years’ experience as an office manager and/or executive assistant

• Must have an Associate degree (B.A. or B.Sc. preferred) also REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT experience is an asset

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and are detail oriented and motivated

• Have experience working in a fast-paced company experiencing growth

• Must possess excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
