Responsibilities
- Data entry for Quotes, Invoices, Payments etc.
- Basic bookkeeping
- Weekly payroll
- Making checks
- Updating internal spreadsheets ( keeping up to date with orders)
- follow-ups
- Processing and recording payments
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Carrying out administrative duties such as filing & scanning
