Job Title: Executive Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to join their team in London, ON. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with exceptional communication skills and a keen ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, managing calendars and assisting with a variety of tasks.
- Run reports and maintain accurate client and contact data.
- Support client engagement, tracking and reporting time and expenses, as well as assisting with the billing process.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and manage calendars independently.
- Create and format presentations, proposals, and letters for both internal and external use.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues, providing excellent service and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software or tools.
- Exceptional client service skills and a collaborative team player.
- Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience preferred.
