• Provide superior administrative support to the VP! Our client is a growing tech organization with a great package and reputation

• Maintain the executive’s calendars they travel very frequently

Calendar management, including supporting all local and global organization of meetings, telecom,

• Coordinate information gathering for presentations and/or assist in preparing presentation materials, meeting documents etc

• Prepare and organize for holiday parties

•Technology experience considered an asset

Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for all business trips and conferences,

• Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio).

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Must-have

• Minimum 5 plus years of previous experience as an Administrative Assistant at the senior level.

• Strong organizational skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
