Field Account Executive –Montreal

Our client is one of the largest freight delivery companies in North America. Their Canadian operations delivers to all regions within North America; servicing everything from small parcels to complete supply chain solutions. Their name is a recognized as the leader in providing quality service.

The Montreal office currently has an opening for a Field Account Executive due to the increase in business and projections ahead, the Field Account Executive would be part of the strongest sales team within the division, currently #1 across Canada.

Our Client is seeking an industry expert or an Expert sales representative that will manage existing accounts and continue to develop major national accounts through industry experience, relationship leveraging and solid sales and business development skills.

Responsibilities:
• Selling services to targeted customers and prospects
• Promoting all solutions from all product lines
• Maintain and grow existing National accounts
• Regular communication with internal and external customers
• Consulting decision-makers in various geographical locations and provide a complete logistic solution to the customer
• New business development
• Position is based in Montreal outlined in a specific territory

Requirements:
• Min. (5) years of professional sales experience as well as sales experience within the industry preferred, open to top sales experience outside of the industry that could learn very quickly
• Capable of demonstrating last 3 years of proven success in achieving and/or surpassing sales quotas
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English & French
• Excellent communication, organization, listening and presentation skills in order for one-on-one or group presentations
• Ability to pro-actively produce detailed and accurate sales reports
• Very good working knowledge of Windows environment and mainframe applications
• Valid driver’s license and able to work from the office and on the road frequently
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
