Restoration Project Manager position:

Job Description:

Reporting to the unit Manager and in close collaboration with the finance department project team, the Restoration Project Manager is responsible for scoping, estimating, producing and completing assigned projects in order to satisfy the agreed customer service level and expected company standards in a timely fashion.

1. Customer Satisfaction

•Executes and delivers projects to customer’s satisfaction and company standards

•Delivers timely and accurate job reports to the customer’s satisfaction and company standards

•Effective communicator by diligently and proactively communicating to stakeholders (external & internal) keeping all informed of what has been done and the next steps consistently

•Facilitates prompt billing by providing all required actions and documentation in a timely manner to ensure invoice accuracy

•Maintain professional relationships with customers (repeat with customers such as adjusters)

2. Service Quality

•Disciplined adherence with the company’s service and delivery processes

•Recommends appropriate additional service solutions

•Always delivers high quality standards ‘company way’ and best practices

•Responsible for diligent and accurate damage assessment (moisture map, ambient reading, pictures)

•Always display professionalism; punctual, professional appearance vehicles & in uniform, oral and written communication

3. Responsible for project financial performance

•Executes accurate estimates assessing, addressing both cost and revenue aspects in order to maximize profitability

•Able to exercise necessary cost control to ensure project profitability

•Diligently identifies additional service opportunities to maximize potential project revenue

•Ensures accurate and diligent job registration (Time, equipment, material, etc.)

•Diligently provides all required system data and review accuracy in order to facilitate prompt billing

•Disciplined adherence to critical project processes; such as change order process, P.O. process, etc.

4. Account management and Sales development

•Responsible for developing long-term relationships with portfolio of customer

•Operate as the point of contact for matters specific to your customers

•Develop advisor relationship with assigned customer contacts and stakeholders

•Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives unit manager

•Forecast and track key account metrics

•Identify and grow account portfolio and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth objectives

•Preferable to own book of business

6. Skills and Qualification:

•Maximum of 5 years of work experience within the property damage restoration field

•Knowledgeable of commercial and residential construction

•IICRC certifications would be a valuable asset

•Ability to work on-call 24/7 rotation schedule

•Valid driver’s license

•Can provide good conduct certificate

•Ability to travel out of province and to the United States
