District Manager

District Manager – North York Area

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated District Manager for the Toronto Area, offering a competitive salary of $80,000. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our district’s stores to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Recruit top-tier talent to lead district teams, fostering a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Team Development: Train, coach, and inspire store teams, ensuring a high level of engagement and maintaining a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment.

Sales Optimization: Direct store management teams to maximize sales, monitor labor costs, and utilize profit/loss statements for effective problem-solving.

Product Management: Monitor product needs within budget constraints, ensuring an optimal product range for maximizing profitability.

Visual Presentation: Ensure the implementation of visual presentation directives to drive sales and meet/exceed customer expectations.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with provincial laws, regulations, and company policies related to health, safety, labor, and employment.

Communication: Effectively communicate relevant company information to all stores, overseeing operational aspects.

Store Visits: Conduct weekly visits to all stores, providing support for new store openings.

International Interface: Maintain direct contact with relevant interfaces in Israel.

Skills and Experience:

Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience in a multi-unit management role.

Business Acumen: Proven business, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and self-motivate.

Team Advocacy: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, leading by example.
