Fuze HR is seeking a Dispatcher to join our client’s team in Mississauga, Ontario. Our mission is to enhance customer service daily, and we need outstanding individuals to achieve this goal. Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive individual to lead a team of inventory and warehouse employees. This role involves receiving and recording new stock deliveries, managing shipments, planning, implementing, and overseeing all transportation and logistics functions, and ensuring the accuracy and optimal levels of inventory.


  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians.
  • Create and manage work orders in JDE.
  • Coordinate and adjust daily routes to meet customer needs.
  • Schedule and book technicians in advance, load job information for service calls, preventive maintenance, and quoted jobs.
  • Follow up on all service calls throughout the day.
  • Handle after-hours calls as needed.
  • Manage service trucks, including safety inspections and maintenance.
  • Order parts and manage equipment rentals for services.
  • Receive parts orders from technicians, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely documentation and receipt in the ERP system.
  • Verify that invoices match purchase orders for vendor payments.
  • Ensure parts orders are prepared for daily service calls.
  • Track technician attendance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technician issues.
  • Coordinate parts delivery to job sites.
  • Prepare KPI and other reports as required.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote the company’s operational visions, values, and goals.
  • Perform various office/administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
  • Participate in training or team activities to support continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or their designate.


  • 1 year of JDE experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of logistics experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in the construction or loading dock industry (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday – 7am to 3:30 pm with flexibility to work after hours (Paid/per call)
