Your tasks as the Dispatch Manager:

• Oversee the team of dispatchers

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve dispatch processes and procedures

• Establish a new dispatching system that integrates with current business systems, ensuring real-time tracking and communication with technicians

• Monitor dispatch operations 24/7, ensuring timely and accurate assignment of service calls to technicians based on priority and location

• Collaborate with management to set performance metrics and KPIs for the dispatch team,

• Model and strive for a high level of customer-service performance across the team

• Track and audit the flow of jobs and quotes

• Maintain effective communication with technicians, customers, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any dispatch-related issues or challenges that arise in a fast-paced environment

• Other assigned duties and projects assigned

The required qualifications of the Dispatch Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, transportation, or a related field

• Experience in Logistics & Transportation and/or service-related field

• Must have a minimum of 6+ years in a dispatch management role, preferably in the service and repair industry

• Experience with the Karmak Business System and Salesforce would be considered an asset

• Experience supervising, empowering and managing teams

• An effective communicator who takes accountability and has a team-mentality

• Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday in the office. Flexibility is a must.
