ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Strategy Responsibilities – Email Marketing
  • Email marketing campaign strategy, creation and deployment
  • Building complex nurture and triggered email campaigns to encourage product awareness, education, and adoption
  • Develop forms and landing pages that are attractive, mobile‐friendly, and proven to convert
  • Sourcing and organizing data for campaign reporting
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and recommend changes & improvements to processes
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to understand the sales cycle and develop messaging to prospects until they are ready to buy

ECommerce Responsibilities

o Daily maintenance and functionality reviews of the website
o Realize ad hoc validation of the product information, associated picture and classification
o Troubleshoot issues during client‐commerce interactions
o Work with dev team to improve processes and categorization
o Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports with the use of digital tools such as Google Analytics
o Work with team to track and increase website conversions and execute personalized campaigns
o Ensuring correct integration between systems
o Ensure SEO performance
o Track Google Ranking
o Set‐up online ad campaigns to drive traffic and increase engagement

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and in a sales‐driven environment
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO Profiler Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data‐driven thinking
  • Up‐to‐date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Familiarity with Web Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience with developing long and short form content
  • Comfortable in a fast‐paced, sometimes high‐pressure environment
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is an asset
