Business analysis

  • Use BI dashboards to analyze and uncover data patterns that results in recommendations for business improvement
  • Use VOC applications to analyze customer data related to product reviews or product feedback and provide regular reports and recommendations to different teams to improve the products or marketing content
  • Use multiple data sources to recommend SEO friendly content in preparation for product launches and to contribute to better position the products
  • Provide data (consumer insights) to the Product Development team to help them in the item creation process,
  • Use multiple data sources including 3rd party market research to contribute demand trends, consumer trends and product attributes during the pre-development launch cycle
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments and assess impact on market view
  • Quarterly market and business analysis to provide product expansion recommendations related to our current categories and potential white spaces
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

Marketing Analytics

  • Responsible for content audits and content health on all retailer websites to ensure that best practice SEO is in place to drive product sales,
  • Monitor and evaluate product search results and search performance across our major retailers such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Wayfair.com and many more
  • Establish methodologies and processes for monitoring the performance of Marketing campaigns,
  • Provide recommendations for Marketing campaigns based on analysis and insights and, this on a daily basis using tools, including but not limited to Merchant words, Google Analytics, proprietary retailer ad platforms for PPC and display campaigns, such as Amazon AMS,
  • Work with Marketing Manager and the team to develop robust digital marketing campaigns to launch products on retailer sites and/or other ad vehicles
  • Analyze and provide recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting and other facets of paid search in accordance with company goals
  • Monitor keyword bids, campaign spend, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, return on spend (ROI) and other important account metrics
  • Monitor PPC trends, best practices and techniques to ensure correct spend/growth and identify new opportunities,
    Stay up to date on changes in the industry, trends and new strategies in SEO / SEM.


  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing or sales analysis,
  • Bachelor of Commerce or Administration
  • Ability to interpret data from different sources
  • Background in proposing and developing primary research programs
  • Search engines and web analytics knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS PowerPoint a must
  • Great interpersonal skills, team player, great ability to adapt to change
