Bilingual data entry / CSR role

Monday – Friday 8:30 am -16:30pm

Our client is seeking 3 data entry specialists that would like to work as part of their donations department. During the holiday season each employee will help with answering the phone, accepting donations, taking down credit card numbers and entering them into their system along with the donors information. You will take part in helping the non-profit organization on a short-term contract throughout the holiday season.
This individual needs to be bilingual and be accurate when entering info, courteous, friendly and helpful to clientele.
Other responsibilities include:
Answer the phones (donation line only) and take down credit card information, change of address etc.
Enter credit card transactions and other data into Prodon.
Possibly help with other tasks as needed (opening the mail, stamping outgoing mail) but this would only be minor, if at all.
