Our client is a global provider of information technology products and services with international customers. Currently, they are searching for a Data Warehouse Analyst to join the team.
× Participate in the processes of strategic project-planning meeting;
× Create new data warehouses and ensure existing reporting functions properly;
× Design and develop ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) process for data warehouse gathering requirements and designing databases;
× Design and test the data loaded in the data warehouse is accurate (involves error and reconciliation handling) and document dimensional modeling;
× Create processes for maintaining or/and capturing metadata;
× Study and understand the company’s business processes and applications, including their effect on data and reporting, and apply the knowledge gained in designing data warehouses and reports;
× Identify and document all requirements for both fresh and current data warehouse components and report by working with end users;
× Perform capacity planning, supporting, troubleshooting, and ETL performance modification.
× Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
× Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in similar role;
× Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English;
× Essential: SQL Server 2016+, Visual Studio 2019 SSIS, SVN version control, MSBuild;
× Essential: Data modeling (normalizing and de-normalizing data structures), OLAP (star, snowflake, galaxy schemas);
× Essential: Advanced SQL (windowing functions etc), MDX queries, BIML, REST API data sources, Python, Power Query;
× Asset: SAP Business One ERP, Dynamics 365 CRM, ServiceNow, JIRA;
× Extensive knowledge of data warehouses, data architecture modeling and multidimensional analysis;
× Exceptional research, analysis, and problem-solving skills;
× Excellent organizational, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills;
× Self-motivated with the ability to deliver high-quality results under minimal supervision;
× Willing to learn skills and techniques specific to our work environment;
× The ability to work in a team (to learn and contribute).
