Our client, an established IT/telecom company, is currently seeking Customer Support Specialists to join their expanding team!- Dynamic and innovative work environment, opportunities for career development, competitive salary + benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform weekly follow-ups on outstanding client issues
  • Keep a daily log of all orders placed, pending, and completed
  • Manage multiple systems and requests to ensure that all client orders are placed within the expected delay
  • Help clients with invoiced telecom charges against existing assets, contracts, pricings, and service types, and report on manifest discrepancies
  • Place orders with different Carriers on behalf of the client & update accordingly
  • Follow up with Carriers concerning savings and credits
  • Provide technical support
  • Perform monthly and ongoing Savings Analysis

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Telecom
  • Solid knowledge of Wireline and Wireless Telecom Services, both from an invoicing and hardware and software perspective
  • Experience working with Canadian Telecom Carriers (US Carriers is a great plus!)
