We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for a construction company in the Brampton area !

What we offer for the position of Customer Service Coordinator

-Salary between 50k and 55k depending on experience

-Evening shift Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm

-Generous vacation of 3 weeks plus one week at Christmas

Your duties for the position of Coordinator and Customer Service :

-Answer the phone

-Answer customer questions, take orders and perform data entry on AS400/Webgate

-Call the customer to confirm orders and delivery dates according to the production plan

-Schedules orders to be shipped to customers

-Submits special requests or specifications to the Purchasing Manager

-Works in collaboration with the shipping department to provide accurate delivery information

-Match purchase orders, bills of lading and invoices

-May issue the correct charge code on freight invoices and re-invoice, if necessary

-Records customer complaints, distributes information to appropriate individuals and follows up with customers

-Works in collaboration with the Sales Representatives

-Performs the duties of the Customer Service Coordinator in his/her absence

-Investigates external customer complaints and performs all associated clerical work, including filing

-Assists the Sales Manager with special projects

What we are looking for in terms of skills:

-High school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar position

-English verbal and written

-Good mathematical skills

-Good knowledge of MS Office suite and Outlook

-Knowledge of AS400 and/or other inventory management systems is an asset

-Good interpersonal skills and ability to adapt

-Personal integrity and team spirit

-Ability to learn quickly / Rigor

-Is customer service oriented and able to work under pressure and be solution oriented!
