Our client located in Mississauga is looking for a customer service representative for a temporary to permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for a candidate that is looking to get into a great company and has the desire to grow with an organization.

  • Standard hours – Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
  • 42k paid on an hour basis/week +4 % vacation pay

Your tasks as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Supporting clients and consumers regarding warrantee and order inquiries via phone and email
  • Processing of new orders (Order Entry)
  • Point of contact for any inquiries regarding products
  • Administrative duties (Filing, faxing etc.)
  • Supporting the customer service team with vacation coverages or project based worked
  • All other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

The required qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (read, write and spoken)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience. Technical customer service would be preferred
  • Strong computer and data entry skills (MS Office – Excel and Word)
  • Attention to detail and follow up skills
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Must be driven and have the desire to grow and develop
  • A team player
