We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client located in Laval.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm


  • Assist customers in the installation of their product
  • Take orders for replacement parts
  • Track orders
  • Inform customers about technical data
  • Deal with complaints and make recommendations
  • Interact with corporate and retail customers

Required Skills:

  • Two to three (2-3) years’ experience in a customer service role or related position
  • Bilingual: English and French
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Proactive, sociable and excellent communicator
  • Ease with problem solving and dealing with conflict
  • Demonstrates positive attitude and empathy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
