We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client located in Laval.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the installation of their product
- Take orders for replacement parts
- Track orders
- Inform customers about technical data
- Deal with complaints and make recommendations
- Interact with corporate and retail customers
Required Skills:
- Two to three (2-3) years’ experience in a customer service role or related position
- Bilingual: English and French
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proactive, sociable and excellent communicator
- Ease with problem solving and dealing with conflict
- Demonstrates positive attitude and empathy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
