New position : Customer Service Representative

Full time, permanent role

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm & Friday finish at 2pm

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Answer incoming and outgoing calls
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Ability to manage emails and excel sheets
  • Must be strong in computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Requirements:

  • Language skills English and French (spoken and written)
  • 1 year experience in customer service or administration
  • Quick learner
  • Computer skills
