Customer Service Representative
Internal Sales Support Division
We are currently searching for an Customer Service Representative to be part of our client’s team of professionals that provides unique and superior quality eye wear for the fashion-focused and value-conscious consumer.
- Support the sales team
- Verify the orders and returns received from sales reps
- Process sales representative’s orders and returns
- Handle special/escalated requests from sales reps and regional managers
- Process new frame releases & daily morning procedure.
- Respond to customer calls and take orders;
- Respond to customer questions regarding orders and deliveries;
- Advise customers on products;
- Resolve problems
- Execute other related tasks
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Intermediate communication skills in French (oral and written)
- At ease with learning new computer programs
- Experience working with sales representatives is an asset
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask
- Able to work independently in a team environment
- Professional and respectful attitude.
