Role: Customer Service Representative

Status: Permanent (Hybrid)

Location: Abbotsford, BC

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inquiries in relation to cost, delivery, or technical support professionally
  • Track and answer enquiries regarding customer orders, including delays and issues which may arise
  • Administer and track customer orders via EDI, fax, and phone within our in-house data system
  • Monitor backorders and be assured that production, purchasing and distribution issues are resolved swiftly
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure the professional administration of customer orders
  • Professionally provide technical support by alluding to the publications

Qualifications:

  • Excellence is providing customer service, whilst content to interact with all levels of an organization
  • 3+ years of experience as a customer service representative
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints patiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player and great interpersonal skills
  • Industry experience is an asset
  • SAP knowledge an asset
